Services

Real Estate Services:
- Find the right house, apartment, office,
- Prepare the lease,
- Arrange for both parties (the tenant and the owner) to agree on the terms,
- Oversee the work which needs to be done before the tenant moves in,
- Assist the tenant with settling in (limited with time)
- Assist the tenant in solving out problems regarding the property during the lease period.
- Assist the tenant when moving out. (inspecting the property)
- Assist the tenant to receive the pre paid deposit back.
Real Estate Service fee is 12% of the annual rent + Value Added Tax
This is a one time payment regardless of the lease period.

Relocation Services:
- House hunting (preparing a multiple listing including at least 3 real estate agents)
- City Orientation
- School search
- Connecting telephone, gas lines,
- Other necessary assistance
Payment is in accordance with the time spent. (Will be provided when requested)
