B)    Housing
 

 aContact with the client to define needs and guidance in what can be

        expected in Istanbul.

 aContact the real estate agent to make a multiple listing which will suit the client in

          the best way possible.

 aNegotiate with the landlord, review (rent terms and conditions etc.) & translate the lease,

                                              inspect the property, take the pictures of the property & prepare the list of the items delivered with
                                           the property and get these signed by the tenant & landlord.

C)    Settling In

 

    This package covers assistance with subscribing for telephone line, electricity, internet, insurance etc.

 a Assistance in opening a bank account.

 a Register the client for utility connections (electricity, gas, water, telephone, internet etc.)

 SERVICE OVERVIEW – DEPARTURE

 

    This package covers cancellation of the lease, returning the accommodation to the landlord,   receiving the deposit from 
    the landlord, cancellation of utility connections & cancellation of the   bank accounts and credit cards.

 

 aContact the landlord to inform the leaving date of the tenant.

 aReturn the accommodation to the landlord.

 aReceive the deposit from the landlord.
